Dette prosjektet er en kvadratisk romramme / høyde 16 meter / total lengde 30 meter / total spennvidde 18 meter

1. Installasjonen av stålromrammen må utføres etter aksept av den nedre strukturaksen og den innebygde platen.Kravene til den nedre støtten er: høydeforskjellen mellom tilstøtende støtte (avstand L2): den minste verdien på L2/800 og 10mm, ved samme høyde Høydeforskjell mellom høyeste og laveste støtte: 20mm;

d.Registrer avbøyningen av gitteret i henhold til spesifikasjonene og designkravene.Etter konstruksjon skal nedbøyningen av stålromsrammen ikke være større enn 115 % av dimensjonerende beregningsverdi.(Maksimal nedbøyningsverdi for gitterramme L/250)

4. Hvis det er sveisekuler lokalt, brukes sporsveising for sveising av sveisekulen og stangen, og sveisesømsgraden skal ikke være lavere enn andre klasse.

5. Etter at installasjonen av stålromrammen er fullført, skal overflaten på romrammens skjøter og stenger være ren og fri for arr og skitt.Skjøtene og overflødige hull til boltens kuleledd skal fylles og forsegles med fett.

If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
